Disorganized Mess, Underpaid, and Sinking - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Shoplogix

Disorganized mess, sales people who sell promises to customers before any discussion is done internally, always late on releases, any talent at the company from any department has left, they underpay for many engineering positions even though they hire from any city in the GTA and Toronto. Very toxic environment, there is no dedicated HR for Shoplogix so many complaints go unanswered for months at a time to the point where it's too late. All VPs care about is their bonuses, they once held a meeting to showcase "if you had invested 10 years ago like we did, you'd be doing great!" to the rest of the employees who are either new / or have years experience at the company but at such a low compensation level where they can't afford to put aside an amount that matters in order to make a difference in stocks. Overall very poor company, many of the employees who helped drive it's success are gone, the turnover rate is at an all-time high, no competition in the hiring market as is.
