First of all management and HR is the worst..They will keep inventing new policies to suck employee..As a recent example,they introduced a new system called assured pay.Wonder what this means?..Take out 10 % of your salary each month and give it back to you after every 6 months..Worst part is if you leave at the start of 5th month ,all that is gone Secondly these HR people are real physcho's In simple words,they wish to suck blood out of you at every opportunity..Even the watchman works 12 hours shifts at a minimum Worst cafeteria,no coffee machine that's just tip of iceberg
