Not many cons honestly besides being a smaller defense contractor nd not having as many opportunities as the larger ones.

Great place to work. Family environment from CEO to Ownership to upper management which are all accessible on a given moment of a day to get your job done. Good laughs and an expectation to work hard together as a team (with non-performers running for exit). Great benefits with significant rewards. From ownership to CEO to divisions, there is autonomy to do your job and find your swim lane. Company is getting more youthful with a culture to match with recent changes.

None so far. Company has been around for 38 years but feels like a recent new company with success and growing rapidly in recent years. If looking for insight into the company, would recommend to reach out to folks within the company to get a better feel of who they are (they host weekly happy hours open to community) instead of negative reviews of folks who seem bitter.
