I have had a great experience working at Signal, both in office (pre-pandemic) and the privilege to see the care and consideration occur for staff when the WFH shift occurred swiftly for the well-being of all. Working with a vast range of clients from a variety of industries keeps work fast paced and interesting. I find the environment to be very inclusive; my voice and ideas are heard at Signal, and of others – from the interns, associate staff and is not exclusively reserved for executives. I have experienced my own ideas were not only heard, but implemented as well. Colleagues are friendly, place high importance in mentoring, and are approachable for questions or when advice is needed. In addition to great clients, they also actively participate in CSR initiatives where anyone can participate, which makes for a very fulfilling work experience.
