-Room for growth -Does NOT micromanage -Help developing a new product -Flexible time off and Flexible work day schedule -All virtual work environment/remote work -very little to no travel necessary -people you work with are from around the country and around the world

Svantaggi

-You must be self sufficient (this to me is a con, but if you want your hand held on tasks, its not for you) -Must be willing to be flexible and assist where needed inter-departmentally (again I don't personally see this as a con, but you need to be willing to step up where needed)
