Top management is detached from the organisation and not in sync with the values they preach. Company is owned by private equity who wants to squeeze everything out in 3 years. The company is 10+ years old, but lacks basic internal business process and structure. The maturity level is at same level of a new startup company. Mandate and decision making is not delegated through the organisation, so even simple decisions requires C-level approval which then becomes a bottleneck.
