Very toxic work environment. The HR representative(was more Secretary not HR) was particularly abusive, which exacerbated the negative atmosphere. Employees were expected to work 24/7 without any appreciation or recognition, which severely impacted work-life balance. The culture was rife with office politics and high turnover, making it difficult to maintain any level of consistency or productivity. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that I hope the company addresses to improve for future employees.
