Where to even begin.. First off, the pay for a support tech starts at $13.00 an hour, after almost 2 years of work, and doing 14% of the companies support on my own, I requested a raise, shortly after I was "let go". When I started, the company was doing well, was debt free, and was very laid back. As of the date of me no longer being employed there, the company has taken a turn for the worse. The President of the company spends money on his 9 Porsches than on his employees well being. They are spending millions of dollars on a new building that isn't necessary, and this is most likely the reason for the recent mass layoff. Constant lies from the president and management. FORCED to participate in "team building exercises" (Hiking, other outdoors things) even on your off days. There is no job security at this place, even when working hard, you have to constantly worry about if you will be fired for a random reason not associated with your job (Someone recently got let for for parking in the front of the building instead of the back) It's also not uncommon to hear extreme racism and homophobia from the staff.

Important positions remain vacant, which causes a heavier workload and more responsibilities that are put on people, which leads to burnout.
