Lack of management leading to impending plant closure. Not much training.No advancement opportunities. Pay was below competition so turnover was higher than it had to be. Lack of inventory controls leading to problems. Some managers had no people skills. Owners unaware or uninvolved in improving anything. Virtually no HR was on site majority of time making issues hard to resolve. Insurance was high and not great. Raises promised and not honored. Points system for absences and medical appts. not excused.
