Colleagues are friendly and enjoyable to work with. The company Christmas parties are always a laugh. The Leeds office was refurbished and is very nice to work in.

Svantaggi

Morale is low and the company is hemorrhaging staff, many of who have been there for decades. The pay is comparatively low and raises are difficult to acquire. The benefits package is basic. The business is going through a transitional phase.
