      General sales quotas for the area instead of realistic expectations condusive to each locations demographics. Not enough cars to support the amount of business in the area. Constant conplaints from customers because of lack of cars in whatever car category they've booked and were displeased with what we had to offer as an alternative.

There will be challenges regarding fleet, but we strive to plan in advance and provide solutions. I will send your advice over to the correct department!

      It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.
