4yThank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are sorry to hear you had a difficult time here. Being part of a rapidly scaling company can definitely be challenging at times and we constantly strive to ensure a great employee experience. That said, your experience reminds us that we always have more to do. We will look into the specifics of some of the topics you raised. You touch on two topics we are actively investing in: manager training and employee wellbeing. We just launched a comprehensive management training program for all managers in the company which we are excited about and will help us address potential inconsistencies. We also just wrapped up our first Employee Wellness Week where we had expert speakers on wellbeing, companywide wellbeing training and exercises, and provided tools to the company to help manage some of the stresses and strains that can come from a company at our stage, such as use of Calm app and 2 Wellbeing PTO Days per quarter. These initiatives are part of ongoing investments but there is always more to do to help the company and the employee experience scale but it’s a focus for us for sure as we strive to create an environment where people can truly do their best work.
