Curriculum mapped out, supportive staff, people actually like being at work. Students are all across the board but seem to want to learn. More relaxed than public school by far.

Lower end salary. Sometimes calendar changes and sports impact the schedule and make it difficult to work around end of day class periods.

If you want year round summer camp and kids just get to goof off and bully each other- this is the place for your kids.

No integrity on part of staff, no accountability for kids
