- unorganised and outdated workplace - micro-managing, lack of autonomy and poor management - poor pay and no real perks - poor and outdated values

On floor management are terrific and always support each other. Staff culture is easy to get along with. Pay isn't too bad.

Head office management don't really treat staff as humans - always money before morality unless they sense a possible law suit. Regional is a nice person but isn't on the staff members side as much as they say they do. Pretty head office biased but I guess that's where the money comes from
