One of the best things I've experienced working at SleepScore Labs is that I always feel like I'm family. No matter how long or short someone has been there, it seems like everyone is treated like they've always been there. And also, like a family, there's some sibling rivalry going on (in a good way) which imho contributes to challenging each other to put our best work forward. There are also plenty of opportunities to positively impact the company and there's no shortage of praise and shout outs going around when someone does a great job.

So far, no cons or downsides to report (except my advice to management). I've been treated exceptionally well and I feel like leadership and HR have gone above and beyond to make me feel that way.
