- Children spoke English all the time, which was great for their learning. - The teaching methods helped children learn through touch and movement. - Kids had enough time to rest. - My colleagues were supportive and friendly. - I gained useful skills in handling children.

- Poor hygiene at kitchen and toilet was smelly. - Teachers had to do all the cleaning. - Low salary - Only 3 days of annual leave - One of the air conditioners didn’t work. - Cleaning cloths weren’t washed for three days, which was very unhygienic. - The kitchen was in a terrible condition, which raised concerns about food safety and health risks. - There was no cleaner, and teachers were expected to take on cleaning duties in addition to their teaching responsibilities. - No helper support
