The PTO benefits are excellent and available from the start of employment. There is a consistent workflow across all shifts, providing steady work opportunities. SNN offers a strong support system both on and off the floor, creating a positive work environment. Additionally, the company’s 401(k) program is one of the best I’ve encountered, including a generous employer matching contribution.

I loved the people I worked with.

They fired multiple people without meeting them when corporate forced the sale on the distributorship. They didnt even mewt them personally and and someone we never knew call us to tell us they are pulling the offer one day before the offer started. They told me one thing and did the complete opposite and hid behind a third party. The day after firing multiple people they used a 3rd party to do my job and they didnt do it right resulting in canceled surgeries. Showing they didnt think once about the patients, just the bottom line.
