The work environment at Snapbizz is extremely toxic created by Department Head who operated through favoritism, politics, and fear-based tactics. I was overworked expected to be available 14–15 hours daily, including Sundays and still constantly demotivated despite fulfilling all responsibilities. And Without any proper process or validation, I was suddenly pushed toward Performance discussion without any involvement of HR management also no protocols were followed, clearly intended to force me out just to favor someone else. When upper management showed interest in retaining me, my senior threatened to ruin my image and career if I escalated the issue as the same had taken place with previous employees too. Multiple complaints were ignored. Hard work, and employee well-being are not valued here. It’s not healthy place to grow your career.
