They have a lot of clients so you don't need to do much BD, but they are losing them as the agency is just getting worse and worse by the day.

All of the positive reviews here have been co-erced. The Director requests people individually to write a review. Therefore he knows who wrote each review, and noone wants to suffer the consequences of being honest. Dishonest management who overpromise and underdeliver to their own employees. We used to joke in the office as they pretended we had "flexible working". "We can flexibly work extra hours before or after the 8.30 - 6pm they expect!". Dishonest from top to bottom, they encourage dishonesty with clients and candidates too. They try and get you to hard sell jobs to candidates and pressure them into taking jobs. Even when it's directly against what the clients have asked for. They discriminate against minorities, and the board aren't even shy about convincing people to focus on English and white people sounding names! If the clients of SoCode knew how they operated, they would leave so fast. And many of them have!

A lot of potential in the coming years. Strong commission structure. Good office locations. Fun working environment.

Structure for more senior consultants and roadmap for future promotion - to be expected for a business of this size but it is getting better with more time and resource being put into this side of the business.
