From the top of the company down there is absolutely no team work, the lack of communication even amoung the head office teams is appalling in such a large company. Team members are taught to look out for themselves as there is absolutely no support from management and HR is a joke. There is zero recourse for poor managers and those that thrive on beating down their teams are celebrated and even promoted.
