1. Based on my previously review I am happy that management took a decision and changed HR Manager. 2. Company is definitely good and it environment because now I can see that HR Dept is improving for the betterment of people. 3. People at lead and managerial level do micromanagement with juniors to keep customer happy and neglecting juniors work life balance. 4. As mentioned earlier, some people are continuing by warming bench and adding nothing valuable.
