There are a lot of internal communication issues and little to no organization when it comes to training new employees. In 1 day they have fired 50% of the global workforce and have provided 0 explanation of the criteria used to determine who would remain and who would be let go. According to Managers, they were given a random list of people to fire and had no involvement in the making of that list, which is unbelievable.
