      -Usually plenty of hours (plus overtime hours) -Flexible and friendly management (most of the time) -Very informal environment -RRSP matching -annual bonus (when economy is good)

      -management has tendency to micromanage -employee favouritism tends to occur at times -good mentorship not available most of the time -not a lot of room for growth as company is small -wages tend to be slightly below industry average -no dental health benefits
