Vantaggi

Most employees are nice and if you come in and do your job you will stick around for awhile. But after a couple months you will realize that the company is run terribly and they have major issues. They try and make it a nice "culture" by having activities throughout the year but those things just make your day go by faster.

Svantaggi

No annual increases. Too many family members that the COO brings in and favoritism is ridiculous. They have had several lay offs this year and it is stressful wondering if you are going to be next. There is a lot of gossip and nobody knows what to believe; but we do know that they were going to be bought out by a large insurance company and due to financial and software issues the company backed out. At one point the state took away their license to sell or renew their products in Florida. Management is not supportive and very two faced towards the COO and CEO - they say one thing to employees and another to them to keep from getting on anyones bad side.

Vantaggi

During COVID, the company looked out for me and my loved ones

Svantaggi

From what I remember, no part time opportunities if extra flexibility is needed but great company to work for as I remember the CEO being very friendly and involved

Vantaggi

Some lady would bring croquetas to the office. I guess she had money to share.

Svantaggi

A *lot* of nepotism. Management generally doesn't know what they're doing. Knowledge is hoarded by 1 or 2 individuals and they refuse to have a solid training program in place. It was pulling teeth to get assistance from majority of higher-ups. Generally very unprofessional. No real HR department. *Extremely* rude and abusive higher ups. Someone very very high up screamed at an employee more than once in a hallway. I left because my manager micromanaged me to the extreme and refused to improve based on feedback.
