Stressful, as sales in this company you are not protected in terms of your job : 1.even you completed the task as closure of client, there are external factors as: driver pick up, argument between client and driver, which you don't have impact on, still you won't receive your % on job you've done 2.if there is some damage during transportation or delay (which again you have no impact), still you'll be the one paying for it 3.you pay for account, money transfer commission, basically everything, including the fact that you work remotely and company don't pay for rental, utilities, personnel, office maintenance etc, still all payment regarding the job is dedicated from your profit 3. no base salary, you start from 0 4.be cautious about your salary if you decide to leave the company or you know there is a shortage (many ex coworkers weren't paid off) 5.no career opportunities (max you can go for team leader, but if you're good at sales you will make more, so it's pointless position gowth)
