Competitive salary and commission structure when on time

The company experienced a surge in sales in 2020 and with that transformations began happening. Irresponsible spending which cost the company recent layoffs globally. Along with increased stress and hostility within and between departments. Most recently insurance providers have shifted. It has been a hassle for myself and direct reports. Company is trying to cover its tracks for poor spending habits, but is in a rapid decline. I strongly suggest you do your research before joining.

There are too many executives who, in my opinion, aren't doing anything particularly special. At the end of the day, it's the sales team that brings in the revenue. Favoritism is prevalent—new hires get treated well for a few weeks, but then they’re quickly forgotten. There's too much nonsense for experienced salespeople, though it might be a decent starting point for younger professionals.
