No idea what they are doing - Recensione dipendente - Enterprise Architect presso Sourced Group

Those that work in Sourced (although now they have been restructured into a company org that is completely different and ran poorly) are pretty great for the most part. They are the only remaining good thing of the acquisition by Amdocs a few years ago.

So many to list. Sourced isn't able to actually be a successful consulting business due to the parent company Amdocs. Unfortunately, the good days of Sourced are waning. Keep in mind that Sourced has to adhere to the Amdocs "layoffs every quarter even though we're extremely profitable" structure.

The Sourced Group offices are decent e.g. the amenities and furnishings (desks, chairs, monitors, etc). It's a nice working environment.

The work wasn't very engaging or challenging, and the lunch options around the office weren't great.
