      The company does pay good if you're practically living in the truck, but it's so stressful to deal with management, and it's such a corporate environment. And you're at the bottom of the food chain, so everything falls on you, even if it's not your fault

      Management is always messing up all the time, sometimes you have to load and then reload the truck because they messed up. But God forbid you do anything wrong. It's the end of the world, and they we'll find a way to make your life harder, whether it's the coming and speak. Face-to-face with the manager, which is going to dramatically impact you. You're a day an ability to make it home at night. You're wrong and they're right all the time. Even if they're clearly wrong

      They’re keeping you southeast, good maintained equipment. Good drivers lounge.

      You always have to look over your shoulder because they are watching you in your truck, loading yard. Trucks have way too many cameras. No personal conveyance PC. Yard move is only at loading yards and under 20mph. Supervisors are always moving up to a better position but the best way to do that is by watching what drivers are doing and report that. It’s true that if you go by their rules, you won’t have any problems there, but it’s impossible to follow every single rule there when you are trying to make money.
