Ever since the new president came in he's been quickly destroying the special place SDL used to be. A place that did exceptional quality work because of the care and trust the lab gave to it's employees. Scott Hinton's legacy is being destroyed within just a couple of years of his retirement. Now upper management changes lab wide policies wildly on a whim, without consultation or justification. And they don't take questions. Don't trust any promises you're given about working conditions or remote work because they'll be different in a year and different again the year after. They don't care how these things effect their employees lives. A low salary used to be worth the benefits and work life balance but now you're just left with an insulting salary and not much else.
