Just coming from a former worker’s perspective, this company is not as organized, or fair, or unbiased, or righteous, or honest as they may seem. This company pretty much screwed me career wise. First they demoted me to an irrelevant position, and said that is what I asked for putting words in my mouth. Then they made up lies to me about other former employees that they had laid off before me. Then after two months I was unjustifiably fired because a huge misunderstanding of some other employee. I was at that company longer than this woman and they went with the option of just straight up terminating me without letting me know why, because it was easier for them. And it was because of them I almost got denied my unemployment benefits. I don’t know if they were just acting out in uncontrollable sympathy for this woman who was probably flipping out for no reason or because of prejudice for elderly women, but I’m really upset either way. They made me believe they had my back and my best interests at heart. This place is a huge disappointment.
