Site leader in Williamsport has been a revolving door. We just had our sixth-site lead get walked out. Moral is low, quality even lower. Company is rudderless with zero corporate leadership. Many of those at the executive level, not lead. And they do so through pure intimidation. We just lost our best engineer who quit after being worked to death. The writing is one the wall, the ship is sinking Salary emplyoees are shafted with no pay raises and given promises of a site bonus, only to find out the site bonus is no longer a site bonus and now a company bonus and given the poor performance of the company as a whole, nobody was eligible, despite a record-setting Q4.

Co-workers are pretty great and the climate controlled building is nice.

They lie about everything. The Mandatory overtime with no work in your department or the ones you can flex to and when you question it you get shrugged shoulders. They have a points system for attendance that if you have pto and call off unplanned you get a point, they gave a co-worker half a point when his wife was hit by a car and he had to leave, 5 points and you get a final write up it's widely unpopular and punishes workers for having issues from illness to car issues and there's zero compassion. The rate at which they change company policies makes your head spin as well. The managers play favorites and only enforce standards when it's convenient. Second shift is not set up for success and the expectations they are held to are not the same as first shifts. There's a reason the williamsport site has such a high employee turnover rate and it's not because the work is difficult. The amount of stress and anxiety this job caused as well has been catastrophic to my mental health.
