The CEO does not appreciate employees' efforts and sees them as replaceable. 2. High Turnover: Almost every talented employee has left because they couldn’t tolerate what the company has become. This alone speaks volumes about the work environment. 3. Lack of Growth & Trust Issues: Management questions employees' career aspirations even when they have years of dedication and passion in their field. Conversations feel like they are designed to undermine confidence. 4. Zero Transparency: Evaluations and promotions are inconsistent, biased, and heavily dependent on favoritism rather than actual contributions. 5. No Employee Appreciation: Hard work goes unnoticed. If you're not part of their inner circle, expect to be overlooked. 6. Culture of Fear & Burnout: Many employees are left feeling depressed, anxious, and unable to trust their workplace due to the poor treatment received.
