No pros.... Only false commitment of salary Big promises to trap people

Hectic work life Even Saturday working full day Very bad management HR policies are worst... HR person changes each and every day... Salary issues.... No proper work culture. Fake consultancy... They promise of permanent projects at client location... But projects are temporary contract basis of 6 months to 9 months only... After that you remain jobless or on bench... Will make you serve notice period even though if you r on bench

There's nothing good in this company which can be described

Company hired new employees for projects and made us do work for free. While hiring they said they have multiple clients and long term projects, will pay salary on time. But after joining and made us work for two months and didn't even gave the salary saying that the client haven't given the payment. Kept delaying the salary, we tried to contact multiple times but they gave vague answers or not picking the call. Then they told us to find new job and the company won't be able to pay the salary. They knew if the company laid off the employees they have to pay advance one month salary so they told us to resign. Neither they gave us the salary nor proper documents such as experience letter, relieving letter etc. The management itself is a scam in this company. The CEO after the interview didn't even appear in front of us to explain the situation neither picked up the call. Please don't join this company and if you know the CEO (you can find the information who he is) blacklist and report him from the industry.
