Like many tech companies, unfortunately, Split has not been immune to the lingering economic impacts. To provide transparency to employees during these tough times, we’ve hosted weekly and ad hoc company meetings with a direct line to authentic and transparent management feedback, but we recognize there’s always room for improvement. We continue to lean into our culture to create an environment where people can feel authentic, transparent and engaged, and we will continue to do so.
