Hired over 20 employees from the second half of 2023 into 2024, only to lay the majority of them off due to very poor decision making from the leadership team. No real redundancy procedures were followed - treated us like we were completely disposable.

Not really a con, just an expectation management for new starters to get involved, it's real team effort getting new product to customers, so be prepared to take part in activities that sit outside the norm of your day to day (but the variety is a huge positive for me!).

- It's a start up, and the environment isn't going to be for everyone, you have to be very self driven to thrive - The product is picking up a lot of momentum in the market and there is currently a lot of pressure to fulfil a lot of commitments.
