Vantaggi

Super flexible as long as you do your work. Lots of room for growth as it's still a younger company is experiencing a lot of growth. Lots of remote opportunity.

Svantaggi

Honestly the best company I have worked for. My only con is that pay can be a little lower given it's a smaller company, but they are working to rectify that. With the flexibility it's less of an issue.

Vantaggi

The company offers a positive office culture with regular company events and a flexible work environment when project demands allow. The office is dog-friendly, and employees who travel frequently can benefit from travel rewards and loyalty points. There is also a Learning & Development team that provides foundational training and resources to help employees get started and build core skills. One of the biggest advantages is the opportunity for growth through project exposure. Employees are often given responsibility early in their careers and have the chance to work on a variety of systems, technologies, and customer sites. Those who are willing to take initiative can gain valuable experience and develop both technically and professionally.

Svantaggi

Workload distribution can also be challenging. Some employees are often heavily relied on and take on additional responsibilities without additional compensation. While this reflects trust in their abilities, it can sometimes create the perception that good work is rewarded with more work, increasing the risk of burnout if staffing and workload are not managed carefully. Travel schedules can shift frequently, making it difficult to plan personal commitments. PTO flexibility may not always align with expectations due to project demands and staffing constraints. As the final technical checkpoint before go-live, commissioning engineers are often responsible for identifying and resolving issues that originate earlier in the project lifecycle, including design, controls, programming, and integration challenges, while still being expected to meet startup and go-live milestones.
