The "new" (they've been there 9 months) senior management have said "the future it's going to be a rocket ship, you need to hold on", only problem is they are standing over you with a pair of pliers ready to chop those fingers off. They want to grow the company at such speed they need to streamline however fear is the number 1 management motivation used in all offices.
