I have worked for Spruce Mountain Inn for over 15 years and many of my co-workers have been here for a long while too. This place is special! I feel very supported by the management and my co-workers and enjoy being able to contribute and be heard-I am a person here, treated with respect and dignity, not just a "worker". Spruce Mountain does amazing and important work and I'm happy here and proud of my contribution. Our staff are exceptional and very committed to the clients we serve.
