Incompetent leadership Leadership does not care about their employees Leadership constantly destroys morale No direction from leadership Disengaged leadership No one takes initiative Lack of communication between departments and within departments A lot of “shooting the messenger” Plenty of “throwing people under the bus” Manipulation tendencies A lot of misunderstanding and miscommunication Constantly playing the blame game Leadership has no managerial skills or even people skills No one stays in their lane but then don’t do their own job Resistance to meetings, change, and processes Lack of collaboration Each department thinks they’re the victim No one expresses their opinion during appropriate times to the correct people
