7yThank you for taking time out to share your views. Your comments are in stark contrast to the core values and culture of Stadium. We are committed to maintaining an environment free from bullying and harassment and promptly investigate any concerns reported. Additionally, human resources conducts exit meetings with all departing employees and no such allegations have been reported by any employees that have exited Stadium. Still, we intend to seriously review the events you described to determine if further action is warranted. As part of this investigation, we welcome any other information you may be willing to share with our management team (in person or on an anonymous basis). It is my sincere hope that you will reach out to me directly so that I may further explore your concerns (sherring@watchstadium.com).
2018 is Stadium’s first full year of operation and we are proud to share the following initiatives have been successfully launched:
• Employee Resource Group (ERG): A group, open to all staff, dedicated to the support and development of women
• Up to date training on preventing harassment and discrimination for both employees and managers, including the annual policy update and acknowledgement
• Comprehensive employee survey covering benefits, compensation, career development, work engagement, relationships with management and co-workers, communication, work environment, recognition, and strategy alignment. We are actively working on the feedback received and looking forward to continuing our work in this area.
• Employee culture committee: A committee responsible for translating staff feedback into meaningful appreciation efforts as well as events and other opportunities and methods for cross-functional collaboration and team building.
These efforts are only the beginning. We are committed to continuously evaluate and improve our efforts across every aspect of our business and our culture.
Again, we are interested in understanding more of your perspective and encourage you to reach out however you feel most comfortable. Either way, we wish you the best of luck as you move forward in your career.
Vice President, Human Resources
