The biggest pro here is pay and most of the consultants are great team players and are very talented. Unlike most companies, the C-suite are very nice people. They like being involved with their employees.

Middle management "Principles" are severely lacking in management skills. Some will take your ideas and claim them for their own. They think they know much more than you. When something goes wrong, it's your fault automatically without looking at the root cause. Politics is a game played very heavily here. They love to oversell to a client only to be told by their workforce it can be done with three times the effort. But that's your problem. Not theirs.

As stated, we have a very talented consulting team and it is nice to hear that employees recognize the involvement from the C-Suite. Principal consultants are senior delivery resources skilled in solving customer problems and managing delivery teams. Each Principal consultant has strengths and weaknesses, but all have had much success in their careers in order to reach this level. Principal consultants at Statera are held to very high standards and are held accountable for their customer’s success. I am sorry to hear that a consultant had a bad experience working with a Statera Principal. Statera is committed to the highest standards and will work hard to hire, train and grow a remarkable consulting team; including remarkable Principal consultants!
