You are forced to be nice with everyone, alot of super sensitive people here.

Honestly, the biggest issue is how disconnected leadership is from reality. The company keeps pushing this image of transparency and growth, but internally people have very little clarity on what’s actually happening. Even after Series C announcements, employees got nothing. Comp is extremely disappointing. 99% of company got 0 hikes while leadership kept repeating board decisions as the excuse for everything. The remaining 1% are the same 5 employees of the company who get new titles every 6 months. Meanwhile, suddenly there are waves of overly positive reviews talking about culture and transparency, which honestly feels laughable if you’ve worked here recently. People who genuinely carried teams during difficult phases were let go without much thought, while management politics continues as usual. Founders are great at saying the right things publicly and in meetings, but internally there’s a lot of favoritism, blame shifting, and protecting positions instead of solving actual problems. The company also keeps changing policies depending on who you are. Some employees are forced into office while others get exceptions and special treatment of staying fully remote. Small perks are presented like huge favors while bigger employee concerns are ignored. Morale has dropped heavily, attrition is high, and many people are actively interviewing outside. There’s a reason for that. I’d strongly recommend evaluating carefully before joining.
