Good atmosphere around gym and members are nice

Pay is not very good at all. Owners never there and don't run it well.

The member's who you work for are amazing. It's a happy environment almost everyday and it can be rewarding to see people reach their fitness goals.

Bad pay, no benefits, no real training or development for management, bad communication, long hours, only illusion of authority you are given because you always get overruled or undermined.
