honestly, even if there some huge red flags in the beginning, I thought that there were some room to make things better and good intentions... a bit more than after a year in the company I realise that was naive of me Let's stick to facts: - people are leaving DAILY because of how toxic the culture is, there is now only "fresh blood" left in the company cause they haven't yet realised how bad it is - all the pressure to keep the company running is on the consultants who get paid like shit (they now even take money on each commission, pretending that they use to pay more business trips), the managers get huge unnecessary pay, they just micromanage and tell you to do stuff that they could not even do cause they don't have the skills - we are far from leading by example - you will get fired super easily or actually they don't even do that cause it cost too much, they'll just pressure you to leave if you don't reach targets, without giving proper support to reach them. You will leave without your remaining commission of course, that they'll keep - no work life balance and pressure to work during weekends and holidays - you would get praised for it, if they even let you take your holiday days - toxic and mental game: you are not allowed to cry in front of colleagues (you have to go in a meeting room), if you speak up or complain they will shut your mouth with subtle threats - they promote people that work super hard just to make them stay but then they don't give them the related pay raise, which is basically illegal - there is basically no sales processes in place, its figure it out or leave, walk or die. - they hire graduates cause those cannot compare the environment to other companies and are easily manipulated in the end, i still think a few people there have good intention but unfortunately the company is rotten to its core and i'm not sure it can be saved

The culture is one of the biggest strengths. People are competitive but supportive, and even though the role is pretty individual, there’s a strong sense of team, which really helps when you’re new, because it feels like people genuinely want you to do well and are there for you when things get tough. Incentives, trips, and socials are really cool. Newer people get chances to get on bigger incentives, so it doesn’t feel like only senior people benefit. I really cared about the career path before starting, and now that I’m here it feels clearly laid out. It’s easy to understand what you need to do to hit promotions. This is very much a sales role, and they want people who are looking to build a career, so if you know that going in and are willing to work hard, you can definitely achieve that here
