-Supportive environment where the patient is the center of all decisions

Does not lend to remote work given that it is a 24/7 healthcare facility

Great coworkers and job environment.

Not paid enough for amount of knowledge and skills required to do job well, recurring department issues that never get fixed, and company does not give raises/bonuses based on performance so people who do the bare minimum get the same % raise as everyone else (if raise is even given). Essentially no room for career advancement. Most workers I've encountered do not like or trust administration or HR.
