Toxic environment, especially in the Consumer, Industrial Products & Services, and Automotive (CIPS) practice. All the negative stereotypes of consulting are true while only a select few are. Attrition from the old Booz guard has left the firm with neither the old talent nor the old brand! Some partners are downright abusive. There is absolutely no flexibility about what projects you can choose. Changing offices or practices is near impossible.
