You get to work from home. You’re not held accountable for your work because the leadership is incompetent and there is no real plan. They will overpay new employees because no one stays there.

The product is worthless. CEO, CFO and sales leadership lacks any measure of effectiveness, is not respected within the org (and certainly not outside of it) and no one actually closes deals. The customer stories are all embellished. Turnover is high, If you want to the unabashed truth find any of the scores of people who have left on LI.

Thank you for sharing your perspective on the recent challenges Stratifyd has faced. Your comments from earlier in 2021 were valid, and we acknowledge that we needed to make some significant changes with the company's leadership. However, we're excited about bringing in a new CEO along with additional executives from some of the world's top CX SaaS companies. As we enter this new phase at the company, we are already seeing significant improvements in employee morale as well as company performance in 2022.
