Doesn't seem as though the U.S. side of the company and her Canadian parent knew how to communicate. What seemed a good company to work for at first quickly took a turn after loosing their longtime customer. Cause for the loss was expressed that this customer knew they were the largest customer but, didn't feel as they were treated as such. This after several warnings from several employees including sales, field personnel, mangers (business and ops) and anyone else who had any interest in the account. Like engineering was given an order from Canada to not listen to any of the U.S. personnel. As to say, they didn't know what they (we) were talking about when it came to customer satisfaction and success. Learn from your mistakes if you want the chance to earn that business back
