Dont have a proper flow of work, work is very unorganized, resulting in pressure. 4. *** Very less payment, very less increment, no bonus, very less support from management in terms of payment. 5. Not recommend for 3+ experienced developers.

They try to give the comfort and sometime try to give a work life balance.

Don't ask a lot... 1) lack of increment is one of the most important point. They always try to delay the increment and it genreally happens that you are waiting for 8-12 months. This thing they had made very normal norms. 2) Sometime you feel biased happening with some of the people but again this is the human nature and everyone is softer on someone whom we like. 3) Few week are like even you write one api or implement one feature that would be perfectly fine. However sometime they expect to give the complete portal both frontend and backend in a week
