NO pros in hell. Not a place to work.

Experienced hell when i worked for this company in the 1 year i worked here. No policy to protect employees. It was like they were running family business. Sales team will not understand technically and developer has to work over 12 hrs to complete unrealistic deadline promised by idealess sales team. The CTO is a people manager and manipulative. If you trust them, you are doomed. If you are ready to be their "yes dog", you will get salary, promotion, benefits otherwise you will face hell. There is no reasoning, no logic about anything they do here. The technology is outdated and no sign of improvement. They are reluctant to even spend money on good tech, servers, build tools like jenkins, codebase storage like git. If you want to start your career, please don't join here. They are financially very weak and cannot support employees but they will expect employees to support the company by spending ridiculous hours of work including weekends. Unhappy yet talented employees have already realized these cons of the company and left the job. If you want to keep growing, then this is not the place for you. Only good thing is CEO who atleast listens to your concern.

At my job arena, nothing much Pros were found. Hence, no comments.

My settlement dues are still pending. Employer contribution to PF has not been remitted for almost 8+ months.
